Business Policies
  •  All sales with are final. 
  • Turnaround time for all custom orders are 3-6 weeks based on artist availability and demand. If there are any unexpected delays KaiC will inform you and provide a new estimated date.
  • These are custom pieces made by hand. No two are exactly alike. A lot of time goes into my work and can not be completed in a single day or session. Unless noted as “Ready to Ship” , please be understanding and respectful of MY process. 
  • I do not offer rush orders
  • Upon request I do offer the option to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit and remaining balance is due at the time of completion. Orders will not ship or be delivered until remaining balance is paid. If you remaining balance is not paid within 3 business days of completion you will forfeit our agreement, your deposit and order. Your piece will be listed for ready to ship purchase on my site. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
  • Please note for payment plan I will send an invoice via PayPal. Deposits are non-refundable and due upon receipt. Your order will not be placed on my schedule until non-refundable deposit is received.
  • I DO NOT accept CashApp.
SERIOUS INQUIRIES only! Do not request an invoice be sent with zero intent to pay what you are requesting or if you need more time to pay your deposit.
  • Collab with Kai is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages after an order has been mailed out. Please note, that insurance is always applied on ALL packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Collab with Kai is NOT responsible for any shipment delays carriers may be experiencing. 
Please note that Collab with Kai and Kazia Cary assumes no responsibility for any damage to the artwork caused by the hardware, person(s) attempting to install the hardware, or further any damage caused by the artwork to any surface, wall or person. No refunds or replacements are available in the event of damage. Collab with Kai and Kazia Cary is also not responsible for any type of bodily injury related or as a result of our work once a piece is in your possession.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping error, we will gladly refund or replace. To receive a replacement, Collab with Kai has to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier and needs the following from you to do so. If the following are not provided, unfortunately we will be unable to replace your order: You MUST take photos and keep the box your order came in and all shipping materials for us to show proof to the shipping company. The shipping company requires this for insurance purposes replacement. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE ORDER OR SHIPPING BOX/MATERIALS TILL WE TELL YOU OTHERWISE.
If your order gets damaged in shipping, typically the carrier picks up the order and does an investigation. As a result, please make sure you keep everything until your claim is closed and approved, and we have confirmed this with you directly.
All damage shipping replacement requests must be done within 7 days of received your order. Tracking is sent with every order so you have reference of delivery. Any replacement request outside the 7-day mark of when your order has been delivered via tracking confirmation will not be honored.
