These pieces are heavy; therefore I recommend using French Cleats (Not included) to secure your piece to the wall if you choose to hang it.
*For custom orders: As mentioned above, each of my works are made to order so turnaround time is 3-6 weeks from the time of ordering. Colors can also be customized to what you are looking for if you would like to see some others incorporated or swapped out at no extra charge. When checking out, include details in the notes if you would like different colors! Be as specific as possible when describing custom color shades. I am happy to work with you to create a custom piece to fit your vision and your space!

No refunds or replacements are available in the event of damage. Collab with Kai and Kazia Cary is also not responsible for any type of bodily injury related or as a result of our work once a piece is in your possession.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED DUE TO SHIPPING?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping error, we will gladly refund or replace.
To receive a replacement, Collab with Kai has to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier and needs the following from you to do so. If the following are not provided, unfortunately we will be unable to replace your order:
You MUST take photos and keep the box your order came in and all shipping materials for us to show proof to the shipping company. The shipping company requires this for insurance purposes replacement. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE ORDER OR SHIPPING BOX/MATERIALS TILL WE TELL YOU OTHERWISE.
If your order gets damaged in shipping, typically the carrier picks up the order and does an investigation. As a result, please make sure you keep everything until your claim is closed and approved, and we have confirmed this with you directly.
All damage shipping replacement requests must be done within 7 days of received your order. Tracking is sent with every order so you have reference of delivery. Any replacement request outside the 7-day mark of when your order has been delivered via tracking confirmation will not be honored.
